The North Face Denali Jacket is one of my best buys ever. It is worth every dollar I paid for it. In fact I like all the colors it comes in. Now that I have lived with it for some time and am pleased with it, I plan on buying some more to go with all my outfits. However, the one I have goes with me everywhere. Still two or three more would not hurt.
Style and functionality go hand in hand and that is what pleases me most about this jacket. The North Face Denali Jacket has made all my outdoor trips a pleasure even in the coldest of weather. Being a middle layer wear, one has to go prepared with a heavy outer layer coat. Still it keeps me nice and warm all by itself. The style is so feminine that I can wear it even in clubs and restaurants.
The shoulders and elbows have a hardshell layer which makes it sturdy and long-lasting. A nice feature which I wish all jackets will henceforth incorporate. The North Face Denali Jacket is a hardy little affair. It can withstand a rough beating even in the harshest of weather and roughest of situations. To explain it in simple words - it is scratch-proof. Hence I did not have to worry about grating rock surfaces on nature walks or the thick undergrowth during hiking trips.
I am quite contented with the size I bought. The fit is soft and roomy. It falls neatly and feels very comfortable. Another feature I would like to highlight is the double layered collar. In extreme conditions I can make it stand up and secure it with the drawcord in the bottom hem. Now that is a luxury that I enjoy.
As the jacket is lightweight and breathable, it is ideal for all sorts of activities. the zippered hand warmer pockets can be put to good use in case I do not want to carry a shoulder bag.
I go in for outfits which do not put limitations on my fun because of its limitations. So the North Face Denali Jacket is perfect for the lifestyle I lead. It is a good foil for my activities.
It is a boon to those of us who love to be women of fashion and fans of adventure at the same time. I think that I should call it an investment for my happiness.
