Military jackets, known otherwise as either band jackets or Michael Jackson jackets, are among this fall's primary fashion focuses. Balmain was in the front of the line displaying these jackets in the spring. They were only marginally in demand back then, seen on the boldest of those at the fashion pinnacles. Prior to his passing, Michael Jackson made appearances attired in several pieces out of Balmain's Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 groupings--only proper considering that designer had been inspired a great deal by the King of Pop's flair.

The cropped jacket has never been more popular than it has become in recent seasons. This incredibly feminine fashion accessory shows off a woman's curves, and can create lines on an otherwise boyish figure.
